- You need to have the change you seek clearly defined. You need to know exactly what the change you desire is. Do not make it vague, instead make it as detailed and real as possible.
- You have to zero in, tune in, i.e focus on the new you you are aspiring to be. In other words, forget the old and focus on the new. Develop it, grow it, embrace it, imagine it, act it, speak it, live it, rehearse it.
